Refund Policy

We want paid customers to feel confident trying GenSVG. This page explains how refunds, cancellations, and support requests work.

Refund eligibility

  • If GenSVG is not working as described or you purchased by mistake, contact us within 14 days of purchase for a refund review.
  • Refunds are generally limited to the most recent purchase or billing period.
  • We may decline refunds for abuse, excessive usage, policy violations, fraud, or requests made after the refund window.

How to request a refund

Email support@mimos.ai with the account email used at checkout, the order or receipt number if available, and a short description of the issue. We aim to respond within two business days.

Cancellations

  • You can cancel a recurring paid plan before the next renewal through the account, checkout portal, or by contacting support.
  • Cancellation stops future renewals but does not automatically refund prior charges unless the refund eligibility above applies.
  • After cancellation, paid features remain available until the end of the paid period unless stated otherwise at checkout.

Chargebacks and disputes

Please contact support before opening a payment dispute so we can investigate and resolve the issue quickly. Excessive or fraudulent disputes may result in account restrictions.
