Information we collect

  • Account information, such as your name, email address, authentication provider, and basic profile details when you sign in.
  • Uploaded images and generated SVG output that you submit for conversion or editing.
  • Usage and diagnostic information, such as conversion requests, feature usage, browser or device data, logs, and error reports.
  • Billing and transaction information processed by our payment provider or merchant of record when you purchase a paid plan. We do not store full payment card numbers.

How we use information

  • To provide SVG generation, image-to-vector conversion, account access, Figma plugin handoff, downloads, and related product functionality.
  • To maintain service reliability, prevent abuse, troubleshoot bugs, improve conversion quality, and understand aggregate product usage.
  • To process purchases, manage subscriptions or credits, provide receipts, handle refunds, and respond to support requests.
  • To send product, security, account, billing, and support communications.

Uploaded images and generated files

Images you upload are used to generate SVG files and provide the service you requested. We may temporarily process files through infrastructure and AI providers needed to complete the conversion. Do not upload content unless you have the rights and permission to use it.

Sharing and service providers

  • We share information with infrastructure, authentication, analytics, AI processing, customer support, and payment providers only as needed to operate GenSVG.
  • Payment details are handled by the checkout provider or merchant of record. Their separate terms and privacy notices may also apply to checkout and payment processing.
  • We may disclose information if required by law, to protect users, to investigate abuse, or in connection with a business transfer.

Security and retention

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures to protect personal information. We retain information only as long as needed for product operation, legal compliance, security, dispute resolution, and legitimate business purposes.

Your choices

  • You may contact us to request access, correction, deletion, or export of personal information where applicable.
  • You may stop using GenSVG at any time and may request account deletion by emailing support.
  • You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for ensuring uploaded content complies with applicable law.
